Brad Lankford
Brad LankfordEA, MAAA – President and CEO
Brad Lankford is the President and CEO of Admin Support Group and Latitude Retirement. Brad also serves as a Consulting Actuary and Retirement Plan Consultant. He maintains offices in both Woodland Hills, CA and the corporate office in Plymouth, IN.
He joined Niles Lankford Group, he worked as an actuary in Indianapolis then eventually moved to Plymouth, IN where he provided actuarial consulting services to insurance companies, accounting firms, and other pension administration firms.
Brad was one of the founding members of Niles Lankford Group, now Latitude, in 1989. Brad has served in the past as Latitude’s lead actuary.
Brad was one of the founding members of Admin Support Group, in 2009.
Brad completed his undergraduate studies at Ball State University and did graduate work at Butler University in Actuarial Science. He is an Enrolled Actuary (E.A.), a Member of American Academy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.) and a member of American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA)
Brad resides in Plymouth, IN and Las Vegas, NV. His hobbies include golf, baseball, sports cars, and great literature.
Mike Gossard
Mike GossardCPC – National Director of Administration
Based in Columbus, OH, Mike Gossard is the Pension Consultant responsible for Sales and Consulting in the Northern and Central Ohio region for LatitudeTM. Mike joined NLG—now Latitude—in 1995 as a retirement plan administrator working on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans. In addition, Mike is also a part of the Actuarial Team at Laltitude. He is involved with complex plan designs associated with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. Mike is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Mike is a graduate of Grace College, Winona Lake, IN where he played basketball. A resident of Powell, OH, Mike, his wife Keri and their three daughters, Hanna, Olivia & Rylie are members of Lifepoint Church, Delaware, OH. His hobbies include golf, basketball and Ohio State Football.
Jose Cambronero QKA®
Jose Cambronero QKA®QKC Director of Operations
Jose Cambronero is the Director of Operations of Admin Support Group.
Jose was one of the first members of Pension Associates International, now Admin Support Group, in 2010.
Jose has served in the past as Pension Administrator and Supervisor of multiple teams for different clients. He has experience working on DC and DB plans.
As Director, he assists the owners and TPA clients in coordinating the day-to-day operations.
Jose has extensive experiencing managing a company in CR and is currently leading the company as part of a Free Trade Zone.
Jose completed his studies at the University of Costa Rica.
He lives in Heredia. His hobbies include biking, swimming and watching movies.
Luis Hernandez QKA®
Luis Hernandez QKA®QKC, Reviewer Manager
Luis started working at ASG back in 2011 as a pension administrator.
In 2014, he started working in a project to administer pension plans from another company located in San Diego, CA.
One year later, he was in charge of this team, making sure to provide a quality service.
He helps train new staff at ASG.
Mauricio Chavarría QKA®

Mau Chavarria is the Pension Administrator responsible for Review Pension Plans and Training our Team.
He is the Division Manager of Latitude.
Mau joined ASG in 2013 as Junior Pension Administrator in Defined Contribution Plans.
He is involved with complex 401(K) and Profit Sharing Plans.

Mau graduated of Tecnológico de Costa Rica as Business Administrator.
He resides in San Isidro, Heredia. His hobbies include listening to music and organize Rap Battles.

Juan Delgado

Juan Delgado is responsible for the Review of Pension Plans. His primary role is to ensure the quality of ASG’s completed Defined Contribution Plans. Juan joined ASG in 2016 as a Retirement plan Administrator working on Defined Contribution Plans. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). Juan is a graduate of the National University of Costa Rica, where he received his Bachelor of Economics. He resides in Belén, Heredia. His hobbies include soccer and reading.

Andrea has been active in the pension and financial industry since 2016. She works as a Team Leader and Reviewer for Admin Support Group. Andrea graduated with a B.A. in Economics from The National University of Costa Rica.
Josette Arce

Josette started working at ASG in 2017 as a Junior Pension Administrator in Defined Contribution Plans. Since 2020 she has been responsible for Review Pension Plans. Jossette has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the National University of Costa Rica. She lives in Barva, Heredia, and has a son. Her hobbies include swimming, watching series and movies, and cooking.
Maria Berrick
Maria Berrick QKA® Client Relationship Manager
Started in the financial and pension environment in 2017, when she joined our firm as a junior administrator and subsequently as a team leader. She has a quality client service orientation that permits her to assist customer companies in the administration of Defined Contribution Plans. Maria completed her Bachelor’s and Licentiate Degree in Business Administration from Tecnologico de Costa Rica. Her hobbies include dancing, traveling, and organizing family and friends’ gatherings.
Ivan Jimenez QKA®
Ivan Jimenez QKA®QKC Client Relationship Manager
Economist with over 5 years of experience in pension administration. Joined ASG in 2018 and worked with Defined Contribution Plans for 4 years before joining the CRM team in 2022. Obtained ASPPA’s Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification in 2022 and the Qualified 401(K) Consultant certification in 2023

Maria Ugalde
Maria Ugalde QKA® Client Relationship Manager
Maria Ugalde started working as a Plan Administrator in 2020 and since January 2023 she has been a member of the Client Relationship Manager’s team. As part of this team, her primary role is building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Maria’s strong client-centered approach ensures thorough and professional satisfactory relationships. Maria has three master’s degrees: one in Business Administration from the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB); Project Management from Isabel I de Castilla International University; and a master’s in the science of education administration from San Isidro Labrador International University (UISIL). In addition, she has a bachelor’s in finance and administration from UISIL. Her hobbies are hiking, enjoying her family, and helping with different community projects.
